Using LeadFlow

By accessing LeadFlow you agree to use the product only for lawful business messaging and to comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies.

Accounts & security

• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys.
• You will notify us of any unauthorized access promptly.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or prohibited content through WhatsApp or any connected channel.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Data

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the rights needed to operate LeadFlow.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or upstream outages may affect access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may terminate at any time; data deletion requests can be sent to us.

Liability

LeadFlow is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
