By accessing and using the BizSaathi platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

BizSaathi provides a global communication SaaS platform designed to facilitate business messaging and customer engagement. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Cloud-based messaging infrastructure.
• API access for integration with third-party software.
• Analytics dashboard and reporting tools.
• Customer support ticketing system.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

As a user of the BizSaathi platform, you agree to:

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service.

You retain all rights and ownership of your data. We do not claim any ownership rights over the data you upload, store, or process via the BizSaathi platform.

By using the Service, you grant BizSaathi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

Service fees are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.

* All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

After cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data. Following this window, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting all necessary data before this period expires.

The BizSaathi name, logo, platform, software, and all associated documentation are the intellectual property of BizSaathi Inc. and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our express prior written permission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. You expressly agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
