Cancellation & Refund Policy

1 Overview
BizSaathi ("we", "us", or "our") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering monthly and annual subscriptions for lead management, multi-channel messaging, and team collaboration. This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on the BizSaathi platform.
By subscribing to BizSaathi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2 Cancellation
You may cancel your BizSaathi subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal — your account remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual), after which it transitions to a read-only / disabled state.
- In-app: Open the app → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
- Email: Send a cancellation request from your registered email to contact@bizsaathi.com.
- Phone: Call +91 93158 97702 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 IST).
Cancellation requests must be raised at least 24 hours before the next billing date to prevent the next auto-renewal from being charged. Requests received after auto-renewal has already been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
3 Refund Eligibility
BizSaathi is a digital subscription service. Refunds are issued only in the specific scenarios listed below:
Duplicate Charge
If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment-gateway error.
Service Unavailability
Verified, prolonged platform outage caused by us that materially prevents you from using the Service for the period charged.
7-Day Money-Back (Annual Plans)
First-time annual subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided the account has not been used in violation of our Terms.
Unauthorized Charge
Confirmed unauthorized payment (e.g., fraudulent card use) reported to us and verified with the card issuer.
4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly subscription fees once the billing period has started.
- Partially used billing periods (we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days).
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day money-back window for annual plans.
- Add-on usage charges (extra messages, additional team seats, premium integrations) that have already been consumed.
- Accounts terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Third-party charges (e.g., WhatsApp Business API conversation fees, telecom SMS pass-throughs) that are billed at cost.
5 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@bizsaathi.com from your registered account email with:
- Registered email address on the BizSaathi account.
- Razorpay Payment ID or Subscription ID (visible in the receipt email).
- Date and amount of the charge.
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of the original payment date. Requests received after this window will be reviewed only at our sole discretion.
6 Processing Timeline

* Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot refund to a different card, UPI, or bank account.
7 Data After Cancellation
After cancellation takes effect, your data (conversations, contacts, leads, attachments) is retained in a frozen, read-only state for 30 days so you can export it. Export options are available from Settings → Data Export or by emailing support.
After the 30-day window, all account data is permanently deleted from production systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax invoices for 7 years per Indian regulations). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
